How did you attract/address your audience?

My target audience, which ranges from 16-24 were all covered in this video here. By using an iPad to show them my magazine, I was able to gain an insight on their opinions as to what attracted them to buy my magazine.

I targeted various people in my audience, ranging from 16 year old students, to 24 year old hipsters.

I located one of my audience members in the store 'JOY'.
This shop is a common shopping ground for my target audience. It sells, clothing, accessories and many novelty items. The common music played in store is of the indie rock genre so I therefore asked a worker there for their opinion on my magazine.

The Slug and Lettuce is a bar which commonly houses events for people within my target audience. I also used this location to get an opinion on my magazine.
